ZuCity Office Bedroom with Mountain View
Room in Yoramachi, Komoro, Nagano

Second-floor room in the main ZuCity residence. Central Komoro, Nagano. Sleeps two. The front window opens onto neighborhood rooftops and the ridgeline beyond — Mt. Asama breathing in the distance. A back balcony looks down on the garden. This is the working room. Desk-side of the house. The one residents take when they are shipping something. Fiber internet, soft morning light from the east, quiet enough to think in. Built for founders, d/acc researchers, DeSci builders, longevity nerds, network state architects, solarpunk designers, and anyone tired of pretending a coffee shop is a studio. 90 minutes from Tokyo on the shinkansen. Karuizawa 20 minutes the other way. Three shinkansen stations within the city. Free during Build Month (July–August 2026) for contributors. Nightly pricing otherwise — longer stays rewarded. Book directly. The Annual Popup runs September–October 2026; the rest of the year, Komoro is cherry blossoms, onsens, soba, castle ruins, and the slow return of 不思議人 who came for Zuzalu and stayed for the mountain. The akiya we bought for the price of a Tokyo deposit is now a room with a view. Yours for a week or a season. A view is not a feature. It is a reminder of scale.
