Neighbors swung the first hammers here — when this former teachers' housing was reborn through an akiya revival project run jointly by ADDress and Nakagawa town, locals joined the demolition and local builders carried it from foundation to finish. It opened in 2025, big windows flooding the living-dining room with light, the interior lined in solid Hokkaido-grown white pine.
