Experience sacred space, silence, meditation, nature to find the stillness within. We re located in the mountains of Suzaka in Japan’s Nagano prefecture. Removed from everyday hassles it allows a spiritual journey to connect with our innate wholeness and lead us into a place of spiritual renewing, nourishing our soul. The land on which the Horakuan compound is situated is called Terakubo, referring to Seisui-ji, a former temple on the site which was built in the 15th century. Natural disasters and fires destroyed the flourishing temple.
